REGISTRATION: Registration closes 5 minutes before class.

CANCELLATIONS: If you need to cancel your class, kindly do so at least 12 hours before the start time to retain the pricing option you used to sign up.

NO-SHOWS: Please note that if you do not attend your scheduled class, you will lose the pricing option you used to sign up. It's always best to let us know if you can't make it by cancelling your class via the app, website or a quick text so we know not to expect you!

WAITLISTS: If a spot opens up in class, we’ll notify you via email + text at least one hour before the class begins. If you can't make it, please remove yourself from the waitlist so someone else has a chance to join. If you don’t remove yourself, we’ll assume you’re planning to attend. Heads up, waitlisted spots follow the regular 12-hour cancellation policy.

Not much! Wear clothing that you feel comfortable moving in. We wear bare feet or socks in the studio.

We provide mats, all necessary equipment, sweat towels, cups for water, and smooth tracks.
