Whether you are already a seasoned Pilates practitioner or just beginning your journey, this course will empower you with the tools and knowledge you need to confidently teach an Open Level Group Mat Class. Our goal is to help you develop a solid foundation in both the art and science of Pilates, setting you up for success as both a teacher and a lifelong learner.

The QB Mat Pilates Teacher Training course blends the principles of Classical Pilates with Contemporary modifications to give you a versatile, adaptive approach to teaching. You’ll learn a Classical Pilates framework, which will be the backbone of your teaching practice, alongside contemporary modifications, add-ins, and swap-outs that will allow you to cater to a diverse range of students. This combination will provide you with the flexibility to teach in a variety of settings and ensure your classes are accessible and engaging for all levels.

Throughout the course, we will also dive into the basics of anatomy, helping you understand the key muscles worked in each exercise. By building this anatomical knowledge, you'll be better equipped to guide your students safely through their practice while ensuring they get the most out of every movement.

This training is not just about learning to teach a class; it’s about cultivating a deep understanding of the Pilates method, learning to observe and correct posture, and developing the confidence to inspire and educate others. Whether your goal is to teach with precision, creativity, or both, this course will lay the groundwork for a fulfilling teaching career and a deeper personal Pilates practice.

We are so excited to support you in this transformative process and can’t wait to see the impact you’ll make as a Pilates instructor. Let’s get started!
