Develop your Pilates and movement skills and feel confident when you strut into any class on the QB schedule.

We love helping folks build a strong foundation for Pilates with our beginners workshop “Roll With Us” led by Elly Adesson and Kala Loek. Kick back and let go of any stress you have of feeling silly and try Pilates out for the first time in a welcoming and fun format surrounded by other BEGINNERS. By the way, you could never look silly at QB because we are all too damn nice.

This workshop will be a series of four 75-minute long classes over four weeks. Each week we will focus on a different signature QB class style, and each session will teach you foundational movements at a digestible pace.

You will build endurance and confidence so that you can take any class on the QB schedule (the world is your oyster!) You will learn about the props we use (hello reformer!) and how we use props to both challenge and support our exercises.

Last but not least, you can make some new QB friends who are fresh and new to movement just like you!
