March Matness - Learn Pilates with Quiet Bodies

pilatesdrawing

Hey Pilates pals!

I am so excited for March, and here's why: it's March Matness! Here's a rundown of what it will look like.

Interactive Tutorials

When:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday at 2:15 pm EST starting March 1, 2021 with the last session on March 31.

What to expect:

Each session will be a short tutorial (10-20mins) on one or two exercises assigned to that day. You will not be on camera, but you will be able to interact with me and ask questions (if you wish) via the chat option.

Where:

YouTube.

How to access:

Every evening you'll see an email from me in your inbox with the link to access the tutorial the next day.

Live Workouts on the APC

When:

Friday, March 5, 12, 19 and 26 at 10:45 am EST.

What to expect:

Join me for a "follow the leader" style workout on The APC Platform. We will put the exercises into action that we learnt about that week.

Can't make it live? No worries, we will upload the workout to the library for future enjoyment and learning.

Where:

Zoom. APC Members will receive the access link one hour prior to the workout. If you aren't already an APC member, this is an excellent opportunity to get started and feel the community's support to motivate you.

Who is this for?

March Matness Live with Quiet Bodies is open to anyone, and it doesn't matter where you are in your Pilates Journey. If you're worried about the "advanced" variations, I am here to support you. The point of this month is to help you better understand how to make Pilates WORK FOR YOU, not the other way around.

What does it cost?

It is 100% free to attend the tutorials, but if you want to show your support, here are some ideas:

a) Share your journey on your Instagram/social media and tag @quiet_bodies.

b) donate to Food Share TO, The Compass Food Bank in Port Credit or your local food bank.

c) Subscribe to The APC ($30/CAD per month after a free 14-day trial.)

I can’t wait and I hope you’ll join me in the fun.

-Kala
