4 Moves to Ease Your Stiff Body

Here are my four favourite moves to sneak into my day when I need a little relief from sitting in front of my computer (yes, Pilates instructors do it too!) The best part is that these puppies will take you less than 5 minutes.

Pro Tip: You can stand or sit for the Seated Side Bends, whatever feels best!
