Are you ready for some Advanced Pilates Moves?

How do you know when you are ready to take things up a notch and start incorporating the advanced repertoire into your practice?

If you are feeling comfortable performing exercises such as the Teaser, Roll Up, Rolling Like a Ball, and you can plow through a Pilates workout with zest and vigour, you are most likely ready to step it up. This does not mean your moves have to be perfect or feel easy.

You will want to check in with your body before you do so to make sure you are not nursing any injuries or mobility issues specifically in the spine and shoulders making planks or rolling variations not possible.

Incorporating the advanced exercises into your practice unlocks a whole new dimension of fun and challenge.
